Static websites are those that are not in need of updating. These sites are built by Lotus and stay put, with updates to be done by Lotus at the request of the client for an additional fee.
Dynamic websites use a program built by Lotus owner Alicia Billings. These allow the client to add, edit, and delete pages from their site. The client will be given a username and password to use the program. To use the program, the client is charged a $48 yearly fee for non-profits, and a $72 yearly fee for profit businesses.
Graphic design, such as any logos, custom menu buttons, and other artistic generations, are not included in the design price. This is because producing such graphics requires special software and a lot more time.
Lotus will also register your domain name for you!
